Heritage Academy is BMHC’s dedicated Islamic education programme for children and young people, designed to nurture strong faith, positive character, and a confident Muslim identity.
The academy provides a structured and engaging learning environment where students develop a love for Islam through knowledge, practice, and values.
Our approach combines traditional Islamic teachings with relevant, age-appropriate learning to support children in today’s society.
What We Teach
Qur’an Studies
Learning Qur’an recitation with correct tajweed, alongside memorisation of selected surahs.
Islamic Studies
Core topics including aqeedah, fiqh, manners (akhlaq), and basic Islamic beliefs.
Seerah & Islamic History
Lessons from the life of the Prophet Muhammad ï·º and key moments from Islamic history to inspire character and confidence.
Islamic Manners & Values
Sessions also reinforce essential Islamic etiquette, character, and love for the Qur’an, helping students grow spiritually as well as academically.
Supportive Teaching Style
Teachers provide individual attention, ensuring learners feel comfortable asking questions and practising regularly.
