Join us for an informative and interactive Birth Education Workshop at The British Muslim Heritage Centre. This is an interactive workshop that covers vital topics from stages of labor to breastfeeding. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process and answer questions you may have.
- *Discover* the Essentials regarding what to expect in the lead up to and during birth.
- Gain a *Deeper* Understanding of the Birth Process and the different stages of labour including Islamic insights and inspiration taken from Maryam’s (may peace be upon her) birth story.
