The crisis has led to the loss of thousands of lives and the displacement of over 1.5 million people\, underscoring the urgency of our collective responsibility to address this dire situation.  \nDate: Sunday 19th November 2023 \nDoors Open: 6:30pm \nEvent Starts: 7:00pm \nVenue: The Marquee\, British Muslim Heritage Centre \nThe event aims to provide comprehensive updates on the current situation in Gaza\, with representatives from Islamic Relief and Amnesty International offering valuable insights. It is not only an opportunity for contribution but also a platform for informed discussion\, raising awareness\, and advocating for a just cause.  \nThe Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: \n“The Muslim is the brother of his fellow Muslim; he does not wrong him or let him down. The one who meets the needs of his brother\, Allah will meet his needs. Whoever relieves a Muslim of distress\, Allah will relieve him of distress on the Day of Resurrection.” (al-Bukhari (2310) and Muslim (2580).  \nYour presence at this event serves as a symbol of hope and solidarity for those in need.
